Our filmmaking roots trace back to 2016, when our founder and creative director, Serenay Yilmaz, directed the feature documentary The Secret Path of Anatolia. That experience revealed the true power of storytelling—its ability to illuminate voices, connect people, and spark change.

From that passion, Blacklight Films was born. In 2023, we launched with a mission to bring the same depth of storytelling to both screen and digital space, helping businesses, creators, and organizations strengthen their presence through film-quality video. Storytelling isn’t just part of what we do—it’s in our DNA.
